I highly recommend Ebony’s Flowers & Gifts! I needed a sympathy arrangement delivered to a funeral home on behalf of my family, and the entire experience was exceptional. She was personable, compassionate, professional, and made sure our flowers were delivered on time. What also stood out was the affordability. I compared several florists in the CSRA, and Ebony’s offered some of the most reasonable pricing without compromising service or care. During a difficult time, having someone handle something this important with such kindness and attention meant a lot to me. If you’re looking for a florist in the Augusta/CSRA area who provides excellent customer service, timely delivery, and fair pricing, Ebony’s Flowers & Gifts is absolutely worth supporting. I will definitely be a returning customer. 💐❤️

This was my second time ordering from Ebony's for a delivery to my family in Augusta while I am in Colorado! Just like last year, they delivered the most beautiful flowers to my sister and made us feel a little closer together on the anniversary of a difficult day. I can't thank Ebony's enough for continuing to provide comfort to my loved ones when I am far away! I will definitely continue to order from here.

Ms.ebony is the absolute best!!!! I called her 5 minutes before she was about to close 30 minutes before we needed a corsage and boutonniere and she stayed open for me and had a corsage and boutonniere for me!!!!!! I cannot tell you how grateful I am to miss Ebony and how wonderful this corsage and boutonniere looks!!! I know it was last minute my ex husband was supposed to get one he did not and so we were scrambling and every place that I called were extremely rude to me except for Mrs Ebony she said I will help you and waited for me even after she was supposed to be closed. Thank you so much Mrs Ebony!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I had a great first experience using Ebony's Flowers and Gifts. I needed several arrangements for a wedding and had to communicate via email since I wasn't in the area. I sent a few pictures of what I liked but didn't specify what types of flowers I desired because we were down to the wire. I even went back and forth with a few additions and changes. In spite of it all, Ebony accommodated my requests with the utmost level of professionalism and customer service. The arrangements were then delivered to the venue so I had NO idea of what I was getting and didn't see the arrangements until I arrived at the venue. The arrangements were stunning and surpassed my expectations! The guests complimented the arrangements all night! I am very appreciative of the care and quality of work that went into the flowers. I don't have a need for flowers in Augusta very often, but when I do, I will definitely use Ebony's and ensure that I get the word out to others.
